Keeping active has such a positive effect on inner and outer beauty. Between running The Base, modeling and being a new mum, how do you find the time to exercise?
Yeah I’m busy but who isn’t! I recently started Skype Ballet at home. My friend, actress Phoebe Tonkin recommended it to me. It’s such a great workout and you don’t have to leave your house!
What body products are you loving?
Aesop Geranium Leaf is my favourite body wash. I also love adding Epsom Salts to a really hot bath to relax and soothe my muscles after a workout.
I use Kiehl’s Creme de Corps on my body and dry body brushing everyday! It helps shed dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation.
I love using The Base Body Glow Oil, it’s super hydrating and smells like coconuts, which gives you good holidays vibes!
What are your skin savours?
Bath houses – Russian or Turkish. The traditional scrubs make my skin feel soft and hydrated. I also drink massive amounts of water and can’t live without my Portable Omnilux Machine.

The LB Cream is such a game-changer in so many ways… What are your application tips?
The LB Cream can be used on its own, as an all day skin tint SPF moisturiser. Simply, build up the coverage by applying with your fingers or a brush, or a sheer layer can be applied to the face for a natural, healthy looking glow. For a slight contour, use The Base Skin Illuminator in Matte Bronze to add definition.My number one tip when contouring is – Blend! When you think you have blended, blend a little more.
Share your beauty mantra and best beauty tip?
My approach to beauty has always been about not adding layers on top of what I already have, but building layers within.
I swear by old fashioned remedies such as swimming in the salty sea and drinking water for clear and radiant skin.
With being such a frequent flyer, what products do you pack in your on-board hand luggage to keep your skin looking fresh?
I try to pack as little as possible. My essentials are a bottle of water, Glossier Balmdotcom, Kora Organics Rose Water Spray, The Base LB Cream and a SK-11 facial treatment mask.
The secret to nailing the LB hair?
My hair is probably the most low-maintenance thing about me. I use EVO ‘the therapist’ calming Shampoo and Conditioner. I never use a hair dryer – falling asleep with damp hair gives it the best shape when you wake up! In fact, I only comb it when absolutely necessary.
