SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to send your item/s with the shipping options and estimated only times listed below.

Standard (3-5 working days)

Express (2 working days)

International (2-3 Weeks)

Prices are available on checkout. If you choose to purchase Express Shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number within 12 hours of the item being sent. Please note: Express shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. 

If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. Once the item is returned, we will assess the item. If we find that the item has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions, outside of probable shipping damage; or been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or been dealt with or used contrary to our care instructions for the Product; or deteriorated through normal wear and tear we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the item and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

RETURNS

We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase. However if you do find your items are not suitable we will happily accept a return in exchange for a store credit of equal value. Returns must be requested within 10 days of original purchase for Australian customers, or 21 days for international customers.

The item must not have been worn, washed or used in anyway and must be returned in it’s original condition with all tags and original packaging included. Once returned, if we find that the item is in a satisfactory condition, the credit will be issued to you via email within 7 days, please note we will not refund you for postage.

If it is damaged, we may at our discretion decide not refund you for the item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Our return address will be provided during email correspondence.

We do not accept returns on the following products, unless deemed faulty:

FAULTS

If you believe your item is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time. Please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the fault and photos of the faulty product. Once returned, if we find that the item has:

• been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
• been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
• been dealt with or used contrary to our care instructions for the product; or
• deteriorated through normal wear and tear we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the item and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from thevaultonline.com.au (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

No credit card information is stored by THE VAULT ONLINE. No person will ever see your credit card number. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on our records, so you will be required to re-enter these details when you make each purchase. The Vault Online will appear on your credit card statement.

We also allow subscription to receive email marketing communications from us.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
